I didn’t receive a confirmation email.
Check your spam folder first. If still missing, log in to the app. The booking will appear under Bookings if payment succeeded. Email hello@ebunex.com with your booking ID if it’s not there.
My host hasn’t replied.
Hosts have 24 hours to respond to a booking request. After that, the booking auto-cancels and your card is refunded in full. If your host has accepted but isn’t replying to messages, email us and we’ll intervene.
How do refunds work?
