Community Guidelines
RBApp is a marketplace for in-person cultural experiences. These Guidelines define what is welcome on the platform and what is not. They apply to every host and every traveler, in every city.
1. Be respectful
- Treat hosts, travelers, and our support team with courtesy.
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
2. Tourism & cultural experiences only
RBApp is strictly a tourism and cultural-experience marketplace. Every listing must be an in-person, group-friendly cultural, educational, or recreational activity. The following are not permitted on the platform:
- Any adult-oriented service or content.
- Massage or wellness services that are not licensed and openly advertised as professional spa services.
- Dating or matchmaking services.
- Remote-only “experiences” without a clear cultural or educational outcome.
- Anything that violates local law (smuggling, unlicensed transport, etc.).
Listings that breach this rule are removed immediately, the host is permanently banned, and where appropriate the matter is reported to authorities.
3. Honest listings
- Photos must depict the actual experience.
- Pricing must include all mandatory costs.
- Meeting points must be safe, public, and accessible.
- No bait-and-switch: the experience delivered must match the listing.
4. Honest reviews
- Reviews must reflect real, completed experiences.
- No incentivized, fake, or extorted reviews.
- Don’t name third parties or post other users’ personal data in reviews.
5. Safety first
- Follow local laws and health/safety regulations on every experience.
- Hosts must disclose physical exertion level, age restrictions, and dietary content (where relevant) in the listing.
- If anyone’s safety is in question, whether yours or someone else’s, contact local emergency services first, then email us.
6. No off-platform circumvention
- Bookings, payments, and messages must happen inside the app.
- Asking a traveler or host to pay/contact off-platform is a violation and may result in removal.
- Off-platform transactions are not covered by escrow, refund, or insurance protection.
7. Reporting
Anyone can report a host, traveler, listing, review, or message. Tap ··· → Report in the app, or email hello@ebunex.com. We investigate every report within 48 hours; urgent safety reports within 1 hour.
8. Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, remove a listing, suspend an account, ban an account permanently, withhold pending payouts, or report the matter to law enforcement. Decisions can be appealed by emailing hello@ebunex.com.
